At Silver Heart, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, we’re here to help.

 

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You can refuse to accept the delivery when it arrives. The package will be returned to us automatically.

• Prepaid Orders: Once shipped, prepaid orders cannot be cancelled. Hence cannot be Refunded.
