Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within:

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as location, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics delays. Multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive email and SMS notifications with tracking details and courier partner information.

  • Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.


Damaged, Broken, or Missing Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, an unboxing video without cut or pause and unedited is mandatory for verification.

  • Once verified, we will resolve the issue.


Return Policy

  • We Do not Provide any Return. Once order is Placed it cant be canceled.

  • Tarnishing: Silver jewelry naturally tarnishes over time. Our products are rhodium-plated to slow down this process.

Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing items

Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media to raise a replacement request.

  • Pickup will be arranged within 5–7 business days, followed by QC.

  • Upon approval, a replacement will be dispatched.

Note: An unboxing video is mandatory for all missing/damaged product claims.


Restocking Notifications

If a product is sold out and you wish to be notified when it’s back:

  • Our Support Team will coordinate with the Buying Team for availability.

  • Once restocked and QC-approved, you’ll be notified via email or SMS.

  • You can also register your interest directly on the product page.
